Ramos, who even received death threats for his part in Salah's injury, later claimed the Egyptian winger could have played on had he received injections, a suggestion which the Reds forward could not help but laugh at.
When asked if he will leave Liverpool, Salah told Egyptian TV channel ON ENT: "All that I can say is that I'm happy to be here and I've adapted to the prevailing atmosphere".
"He sent me a message, but I never told him it was "fine, '" Salah, who also labelled Ramos" comments as "funny", told Marca on Saturday.
"When I fell to the ground, I had a mixture of physical pain and a lot of worry". I was also angry and sad that I couldn't continue playing.
Egypt are still sweating on Salah's fitness, but coach Hector Cuper has said he is optimistic that the Liverpool star will recover in time to face Uruguay on 15 June.
Salah went on to describe his departure from the final as the worst moment of his career. "That was a devastating thought".
"The Israelis tried to use Messi and those stars from Argentina, and I would like to thank them and appreciate their decision", Palestinian Football Association President Jibril Rajoub told a news conference in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
He added: "Now I'm better".
Egypt will also face hosts Russian Federation and Saudi Arabia in the the tournament, their first World Cup in almost three decades.
Hazard was on target in the first half at Stade Roi Baudouin after Romelu Lukaku opened the scoring against Egypt midweek before Marouane Fellaini completed the win in the second minute of stoppage time.
Chelsea star Hazard, who survived a kick to his knee in the opening minute, forcing him off at half-time, said it was a performance Belgium would have to repeat in Russian Federation if they want to progress.
"We know what we are", said Hazard.
He left the pitch in tears and it was initially feared he would be ruled out of the World Cup in Russian Federation this summer altogether with a dislocated shoulder.
"And it was something we all said: 'Wow, we have to do it, we have to do it.' We had not achieved it for a long time and it was something very special - maybe like winning the World Cup for Spain".
