We'll see both of these devices as well as - likely - a Moto Z standard-issue smartphone at the big event on August 2nd, 2018.* We've got the Moto Z Play from Amazon in the house already.
Just like with the initial One Power photos, these new leaked renders of the Motorola One come from AndroidHeadlines. Right below it is also the fingerprint sensor, which has the Motorola logo embedded in it.
Not much is known for sure at the moment about the Motorola One Power, though there have been some mentions of a possible notch and expansive screen. The two handsets will collectively form the Motorola One line and will probably be similar in spec although the Power version could carry a larger battery (and thus, be a bit chunkier).
Motorola launched the Moto E5 in Brazil back in April.
Motorola continues to release affordable smartphones in India, with the Moto E5 expected to be the next device that buyers on a budget would love to set their eyes on. Also rumored to be included are 12MP and 5MP rear cameras and a 3780mAh battery. A Moto Z3 Play user reportedly received Closed Beta of Android 9.0 P DP3. In a recent development, Motorola India has been posting battery-related video teasers on its official Twitter account that point towards an impending Moto E5 India launch.
Generally speaking, the Motorola One looks a lot like the Motorola One Power. The incoming arrival of the Motorola One further suggests the return of the Motorola branding is not a one-time affair. So it seems like Lenovo-owned Moto is working on a family of Android One devices rather than a singular phone.
