OnePlus has confirmed that it would retain the 3.5mm audio jack, which means the OnePlus Bullets Wireless earbuds will be an official wireless alternative. Today we're learning that the upcoming OnePlus 6 may borrow another popular feature from Apple's latest flagship: Gesture controls.
In another tweet, the company teased an Alert Slider.
In the second teaser, OnePlus claims to have added new physical camera feature, which allows the user to utilize alert slider on the left side of the phone and the adjust camera focus. The teaser revealed that the slider can be used to adjust the focus of the camera. The switch let users skip between full volume, Do Not Disturb Mode and silent. It's also made it available in the Oxygen OS beta that's expected to come to the OnePlus 6.
Just days after OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirmed that the OnePlus 6 will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 chip, an image of the phone running with that chip has leaked online. The screen to body ratio looks great and there is no doubt that most phones out of China and the rest of the world will have a notch in the course of 2018. The Chinese smartphone maker has also released many teasers in the last couple of weeks to reveal some great features. The tweet reads "Speed up your experience with gestures".
As per recent reports, OnePlus 6 is said to flaunt metal-shell with a layer of glass on top, which means it is most likely to come with wireless charging capability, which was sorely missed in the OnePlus 5 series. The gestures in iPhone X enables the users to check the app overview, go back to the home screen and swipe in a certain way to back.
